As an ecommerce store owner, you already know the power of email marketing. But with so much competition in the industry, you might be overwhelmed with all the choices you have. It’s hard enough to keep track of all the email marketing platforms and strategies, let alone find time to compare all the providers. It’s powerful “campaign booster“ feature will automatically segment and re-send the email to recipients who haven’t opened the first newsletter. Because sometimes inboxes get over-flooded with new emails.

Super helpful for those limited-time offers, when you really know that your subscribers are getting great value out of this deal.

Premium plans start at $10/month for up to 500 subscribers and 15,000 monthly emails.

Prices start at $25/month for up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 emails.

Like you, Kevy realizes that email marketing is extremely powerful. bulk email service

A bulk email service allows you to send email communications to large lists of multiple recipients by incorporating email into your applications. You can send one email to many people, or a unique email to each person on your list with a bulk email service. Depending on the provider, you can send unique emails to each recipient by providing a template for substituting information (such as a name).

Commonly, bulk email is used for newsletters or marketing email. If you have a list of customers or prospects, you can send them content relevant to their business or interest, from a single application. A bulk email service allows you to send to any list, regardless of its size. The frequency at which you send is entirely up to you, and should be based on what the recipients expect. Your engagement data, including spam reports, unsubscribes, and open and click rates, will tell you whether your message is hitting the mark.

SendGrid is a bulk email service for both marketing email and transactional email (single emails triggered by actions within your application). SendGrid's bulk transactional email pricing and bulk email marketing pricing are based on the volume of email you send, not the size of your list. SendGrid provides valuable insights across your entire email program:

Deliverability rate to ensure your email is getting to the recipient's server
Open and click tracking to measure engagement
Webhook to notify your application of bounces, unsubscribes, and spam reports
The bulk email service can be enabled with minimal changes to your application. At the basic level, simply point your SMTP settings to our server and SendGrid will take care of the rest. You can also use our Web API or SMTP API to more deeply integrate into your system.

The marketing email service allows non-technical users to send bulk newsletters and other bulk emails using a drag-and-drop interface. List management and all aspects of the service are also available via the marketing service API, so developers can connect email to your company's workflow.

Let’s dive into the most comprehensive guide to email marketing on the entire internet.

Introduction: The Importance of Email Marketing
Despite the rise of social media and unsolicited spam (which is never a good marketing strategy, by the way), email remains the most effective way to nurture leads and turn them into customers.

Although there are many reasons you should make email marketing one of your top priorities, here are the 3 main ones…

1. Email is the #1 communication channel. Did you know that at least 91% of consumers check their email on a daily basis? That can’t be said of any other communication channel.

2. You own your list. On any social media platform, your account (with all your fans) could be suspended or deleted at any time, for any reason, without notice. However, you own your email list. No one can take those leads away from you.

3. Email converts better. People who buy products marketed through email spend 138% more than those who do not receive email offers. In fact, email marketing has an ROI of 3800%. That’s huge! And if you are wondering if social media converts even better, think again: the average order value of an email is at least three times higher than that of social media.

send unlimited bulk email free

You can now send unlimited bulk emails using free bulk email sender software from paul jumbo blog, it’s easy you only need to download the software and install it on your Windows computer.

If you are starting a new online business and want to reach out to the maximum number of customers at a fast pace and with the least expenses – bulk mailing is the answer.

Sending email in this way is a great way to test your advert or sales pitch (known as ‘ad copy’). Not only will you get better responses, you will also be able to send out three or four different versions of your ad copy and decide which has the greatest pull (i.e. email to sales conversion). You can then refine the best ad and use it in subsequent promotions.

Say you launch a new product which you think will be of interest to all your potential customers, you can simply send them an email detailing the new product, how it will benefit them and where they can get it.

9 Easy Ways To Send Money

9 Easy Ways To Send Money

At some point, everyone owes something to someone. Maybe he owes a lunch to a colleague, or a friend bought him a ticket from the game or a friend sold him his DVD player. You can even hire independent professionals abroad and want to pay for them. Anyway, why not send money online immediately? Therefore, today we will see some simple ways to transfer money in any international, local or one-day bank account.

1. Wire transfer

Making a bank transfer is as simple as making a phone call. Enter the name of the recipient, the bank account number, the SWIFT code (international transfer) and the bank routing number of the receiving bank. You also need to have your own bank account. Alternatively, you will need a computer or phone with an Internet connection to log in to your account. Or call or visit the bank. Determine the number of electronic transfers. Keep in mind that banks charge a small fee for such transfers, which may vary if they are sent internationally.

2. Request for cash for parties

If your recipient has an account in the Square Cash application, you can also send money online immediately. On the other hand, you may or may not have an account here. However, you need to know the URL of the recipient's box label. This is a great way to send money online immediately, but it is not available outside of the United States. Other main applications include Venmo.

3. PayPal

This is the best way to transfer money internationally or nationally, and you do not need to have a PayPal account. If you do not have an account, ask the recipient to create a PayPal link and send it to them. You can also use your SignUp link to send money with a credit card. The advantage of using this method is that you can send a large amount of money internationally, and the transaction is quite fast. PayPal also has its Xoom service that can send money worldwide, recharge mobile phones and pay bills.

4. Western Union

There are several options for Western Union. You can use a debit or credit card to transfer money to other national or international bank accounts, Western Union agents, mobile wallets or from your bank account to the location of your bank / agent account. The cost of these transactions ranges from $ 5 to $ 10. Cash withdrawal using this method is considered the fastest. In terms of shortcomings, this method of using a debit card to send money online is quite inconvenient for a small amount.

5. TransferWise

Most banks charge up to 5% of the hidden fees. TransferWise is almost 8 times cheaper. The advantage of using this method to send remittances internationally is that they use the average or intermediate market exchange rate between buyers and sellers. One disadvantage is that without online chat, they also have the greatest transfer restrictions. Read your comments before using TransferWise to send funds.

6. Check

Personal checks are the safest and easiest way to send money to people. This is a safe method for payers, since personal checks can be canceled at any time. However, there may be some inconvenience for the recipient because your bank may or may not accept foreign checks. In addition, the beneficiary may have to pay the exchange rate. This method is also slow due to the need to send the check by mail. Some checks are only valid for a certain period of time that exceeds this period.

7. Remittances to the email address

Many banks offer this convenient way to send money to people who do not have a bank account. Log in to your account and go to the "Transfer" tab. Choose the option to send money to your email ID or phone number. This is a low cost way to send money.

8. PoPmoney

You can use your mobile phone to send money to anyone at PoPMoney. It's simple and secure, and you can register directly on your website or through your bank account. You can use PopMoney to send money, send a request for payment and even collect money from the group. It is also easy to set up regular payments with this system.

9. WorldRemit

Are you looking for the best way to be simple, fast, cheap and remitted internationally? Try WorldRemit because they offer a free first transfer.

As you can see, there are many ways to send money to someone who does not have a bank account, online or with a debit card. However, all this requires your attention. Explore a variety of options so you can make informed decisions.

Tecno and Infinix have over the past years taken over the smartphone market in Nigeria and some West African countries thanks to their budget prices and quality specifications, leaving a little portion for other smartphone brands to share.

Both brands just released their flagship devices for 2017, for Tecno it was the phantom 8 and for Infinix it was the zero 5.

Because of the  similarities these smartphone brands bear in the specifications of smartphones at equal ranges, people find it difficult to choose between Tecno and Infinix smartphones.

VERDICT

Ok probably you have scanned through the specifications of both smartphones and in your mind you are saying both phones are the same, well you may just be right in a way, but not all the way.

Something to NOTE here, is the fact that both infinix and tecno are brought into existence by transsion holdings under the command of Nnamdi Eziegbo, the Nigerian entrepreneur behind these brands.

Both smartphones have the same processors, ram size, storage.

Where things actually vary is the battery size, design and camera. Not much of a difference I guess.

Something here to NOTE is the fact that infinix laid so much emphasis on the zero 5's Bokeh effect also known as portrait mode,on both the rear and front facing camera, where as tecno didn't say anything about it being featured on the phantom 8.
This fact may cover up for its lower front camera size when compared to the tecno phantom 8 20mp front camera.

That may also be an advantage the zero 5 has over the phantom 8, but I don't really think a typical Nigerian will purchase a smartphone because of a camera effect which doesn't involve a higher camera sensor.

If you decide to go for the infinix zero 5 over the tecno phantom 8, it could be because of the larger battery the infinix zero 5 features, your the love you have for the infinix brand.

Price for the infinix zero 5 has not been confirmed yet, but a leak shows that the infinix zero 5 costs about $305 which is about 111 thousand naira as opposed to the 128 thousand price tag on the phantom 8.

You may also want to go for the zero 5 because of it's cheaper price tag, if this leaked price tag is correct.

For those who care about upgrade of OS, just so you know, tecno doesn't have a great history of sending software updates for android versions, instead they manufacture a new device with the latest operating system.

Don't get me twisted , both devices are great.

But The winner of this comparison is already lucid to you.

The winner of this comparison is the infinix zero 5.

Despite the infinite zero 5 managed to have an edge over the tecno phantom 8, I think between the phantom 8 and the zero 5 is the battle of fans. The brand with higher fans sells more, since both smartphones are very similar.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Vs Tecno Phantom 8 | Specs Comparison

The daily emergence of budget smartphones that tend to question the need for high end expensive smartphones is no longer a surprise.

Among  such budget smartphones that have emerged to make expensive high end devices not so special is the all new Tecno phantom 8.

The tecno phantom 8 may not be as cheap as you would expect, but its referred to as a budget smartphone because of the price difference between it and the Samsung galaxy note 8.

In this article I am going to be doing a brief specification comparison to further buttress my point.

Without wasting more time, let us move straight to the comparison.

Tecno Phantom 8

The tecno phantom 8 is  5.7 inch in size, it features a metal build that's a bit different from what tecno users are use to. Its metal build has a glossy finish, tecno call it's design the diamond fire design, as it appears to a be shinny plastic from afar.

The tecno phantom 8 is powered by mediatek's helio P25 octa core processor with a clock speed of 2.6 Giga Hertz.
The tecno phantom 8 features 6GB of ram, 64GB of internal memory with up to 2TB for micro SD expansion.

The star feature of the tecno phantom is actually it's rear dual camera's.

The 13mp camera bears the Sony IMX386 sensor with an aparture of F/1.8 and 2X optical zoom.
The 12mp camera lens is actually a telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom which maintaines sharpness.
The tecno phantom 8 also features a huge  20MP front facing camera.

The tecno phantom 8 is kept alive by a 3500mah battery.

With this configuration the tecno phantom 8 will cost you about  $370 which is 135,000 in naira.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8

The Samsung galaxy Note 8 is 6.3 inch in size.
The note 8 features a 6.3 inch quad HD super amoled  curved infinity display with a screen resolution that is a reminisce of the S8, I say reminisce because the 2960x 1440 resolution on the note 8  facilitates a taller display.

The Samsung galaxy note 8 is wrapped in glass with an all metal frame build.

The Samsung galaxy note 8 is powered by a snapdragon 835 octa core processor, 6GB of ram, 64GB of on board storage with up to 2TB for micro-SD expansion.

The Note 8 features a dual camera system on the back with 12mp camera's each.
One of them has a mega telephoto lens which takes photo zoom to higher dimension while retaining sharpness.
The Samsung galaxy note 8 also features an 8mp front facing camera.

The Samsung galaxy note 8 is powered by a 3,300mah battery.

With this configuration the Samsung galaxy note 8 cost $960.

Specs Overview

  • Build: Glass + Metal combination
  • Size: 6.3 inch
  • Display: 6.3 inch Quad HD super amoled display
  • Resolution: 2960x1440

  • 2G: Yes
  • OTG: Yes
  • NFC:Yes
  • Fingerprint: Yes
  • Battery: 3,300 mah

The  price difference between the phantom 8 and the Note 8 has great disparity between them.
The design, display and build of the note 8 is far better than the phantom 8's.

The helio P25 processor may be able to measure up with the snapdragon 835 processor a bit but the snapdragon 835 processor is not all about performance, the features on this chip makes it better than the helio P25 processor.

What actually brings  the Phantom 8 and the Note 8 is the similarities in the specs sheet.
Though the phantom 8 has similar spec sheet with the note 8, actual usage will actually reveal their disparities.

Verdict: The note 8 is obviously and is better than the phantom 8.

But the BUDGET factor plays a big role here and gives the phantom 8 an edge over the note 8.

Just think about this; in reality the average user doesn't make use of all the features of the note 8.
The average smartphone user who takes BUDGET  as a very big deal can get an experience with phantom 8 that is  close to what you will get on the note 8.

For this I will say the phantom 8 is a best buy.

Top 5 Smartphones 2017

With about 2 months remaining in 2017, we have actually seen all the top flagship releases planned for 2017. I think it's time to take a review of the smartphones released in 2017 and try to ascertain the best the world of smartphones had.

In this article I am going to list and discuss some smartphones I feel where actually the best 2017 offered.

DISCLAIMER: This list is based in my own opinion, it may not be accepted by all. You are free to drop your own opinions  in the comment box below.

Below is a list of smartphones I think were the best in 2017;

1. Samsung Galaxy Note 8

The Note 7 was Samsung's most  popular device, for all the wrong reasons. it's battery fiasco made the headline in most tech blogs.

Samsung galaxy note 8

The story behind the Note 7 fiasco also made the Note 8 popular, owing to the fact that people were actually waiting to find out if Samsung could manufacture another note device without a battery that exploads.

The rancour the Note 7 battery fiasco brought to Samsung didn't depeat or dampen Samsung's plan of producing a better Galaxy note device.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is the first Samsung device to feature a 6.3 inch display a reminisce of the S8 which also had a 6.2 inch stretched display.

The note 8 features a 6.3 inch quad HD super amoled  curved infinity display with a screen resolution that is a reminisce of the S8 , I say reminisce because the 2960x 1440 resolution.

The Note 8 is also the first Samsung smartphone to feature dual rear cameras with the implementation of a 2X zoom lens just like the one featured on the iPhone 7.

Tests carried out on the Note 8 shows that the Note 8 does a better job when it comes to 2X zoom than the iPhone.

The Note 8 also features a stylus pen that has a tip as thin as that of a ball pen.

The Note 8 can take up to 100 notes  on screen without unlocking the device.

The Note 8 is also the first Samsung smartphone to officially launch with 6 GB ram for it's base model.
The Note 8 is powered by a snapdragon 835 processor.

For those who care, The Note 8 still features a headphone jack, a feature which may not be found in it's successors.

Why is the Note 8 my favourite?
Firstly, the fact that Samsung could regain the prestige they had on the Note smartphone series is a big plus to them.

Secondly: The Note series from Samsung has over the years featured smartphones that have been a standard to all smartphone designs.
The Note 8 is  to me is the prefect example of what a 2017 flagship should be.

It features top notch hardware specifications and design that isn't much of a risk for a 2017 smartphone.

It has an excellent software that compliments the long/stretched display it has.

The only issue here is the price.
But anytime that is this good, should have a complimentary price.

The Note 8 if you ask me, is actually worth your $1000 instead of the iPhone x.

2. iPhone X

The iPhone x upon it's release had a lot of controversies, controversies that may end up being reasons people shouldn't buy the iPhone x or trust iPhone.
Iphone x

The biggest and first problem apple had with the iPhone x, is the fact that it's so called advanced face scanner failed about four times during presentation. This fact has being blamed on the carelessness of the software engineer who was tasked with making sure their chief software engineers face was well entrolled for  presentation.

Secondly, the iPhone x had being referred to as a parody that imitates features found on smartphones that existed before it.
The Advanced face recognition system, the Augmented reality kit features it has where already existing in most Android phone before the iPhone x.

Putting aside the fact that the iPhone x is referred to as a parody and the fact that the iPhone x is a parody, the iPhone x means alot to the apple mobile team and fans. This is due to the fact that the iPhone x bears a lot of new features that have being absent in apple phones from the past.

First and the most obvious of all features is it's approach to a near bezeless display on the iPhone x.

The display on the iphone x is a 5.8 inch  near bezeless amoled display with a screen resolution of 2430 X 1135.

The near bezeless display featured on the iPhone x made apple to do away with it's traditional touch ID button and seek for another option for security.

This is where the new advanced face scanner comes in.

The advanced face recognition system also known as Face ID is powered by the Dot projector, infrared camera and flood illuminator.

The dot project shoots 30,000 dots across your face to be sure it is you and not a well constructed 3D mask or a picture of you.

Since the face ID is the main security on the iphone x you might be probably be wondering how you will be able to unlock your device in the dark.
Well that's were the flood illuminator comes into play. The flood illuminator is an invisible infrared light that helps identity your face even in the dark.

The infrared camera reads the dot pattern , captures an infrared image and sends the data to the secure enclave in the A11 Bionic chip featured on the iphone x.

The face ID is so good at recognition that it will recognise you even in beards, a hat and as I previously said , with the help of the flood illuminator it will recognise you even in the dark.

Thirdly, The iPhone x is also made of glass, making the iPhone x and the iPhone 8 the first apple phones to feature wireless charging

The new bezeless display and the advanced face recognition system is actually the main new features embedded in the new apple phone.
iPhone also included the new A11 bionic chips in the iPhone x.

At the end of the Note 8 section I said you should spend your money on the note instead of the iPhone x. But the iPhone x isn't a bad idea at all.
Putting aside the apathy I have for apple phones I actually think the iPhone x is a very nice phone.

But the fact that iPhone cannot share files via Bluetooth or share files easily to Any computer without an app from apple puts me off. The ease at which Android phones do these things cannot be easily forgotten.

Should you still purchase the iPhone x? Off course you should, that's if the ease of file transfer and the customizability featured on Android smartphones isn't a big deal to you.

3. Huawei Mate 10

Huawei mate 10

The Huawei Mate 10 is actually the last planned flagship that was  released in 2017. Being the last released flagship, expectations concerning the mate 10 where really high.

Unfortunately Huawei didn't let us down. For a standard version, the Huawei mate 10 bears the biggest battery amongst all flagship devices released in 2017, A 4000mah battery.

The Huawei mate 10 is a 5.9 inch smartphone with an LCD display, a screen resolution of 2560 X 1440 and screen density of 499 PPI.

The mate 10 was built with a combination of aluminum and glass.

Hardware specifications includes;
Huawei kirin 970 processor, 4GB of ram, 64GB of storage with option for micro SD card expansion.
It features a dual camera system at the back which consists of a 20mp monochrome camera with an apature of f/1.6 and a 12mp RGB camera. All these components are powered by a 4000mah battery, which is 21% bigger than the one on the Galaxy note 8 and 37% bigger than the one the iPhone 8plus.

This smartphone features top notch 2017 specifications, but amongst other 2017 flagship devices, it's battery capacity makes it to stand out. Because it's actually difficult to find a flagship device these days with such a battery capacity.

4. Nokia 8

Nokia over the years have ridden on the back of the nostalgia  horse 🏇, but the effect of the nostalgia was gradually fading away.
Nokia partnered with HMD who began producing Android smartphones which were intended to contend with 2017 flagships and fit into the status quo.

Nokia 8

This plan gave birth to the Nokia 8 which is Nokia's first flagship device after a very long time.

The Nokia 8 from afar doesn't really look so 2017 like, but a close assessment of the device reveals the features that makes it a contender in 2017.

The Nokia 8 features a 5.3 inch quad HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 2560x1440.

Going deep into the core hardware specifications of the Nokia 8 reveals a snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of ram, 64GB of onboard storage with 256GB option for micro SD expansion.

The Nokia 8 comes with a special bothie feature that lets you use your rear and front camera the same time when taking pictures and recording videos.

The Nokia 8 may not look so 2017 like physically, but the fact that it features bezels which are not so obvious, a water proof build and a headphone jack together with it's top notch hardware makes its a 2017 essential device and a Best buy.

5. One plus 5

If you have being reading my articles on smartphones for a while now, you would have noticed the one plus 5 in most of them, and that is because I love this smartphone alot.

One plus 5

The one plus 5 is a smartphone that features 2017 hardware specifications with a price that doesn't compliment.

The one plus 5 features 5.5 inch IPS display.

The one plus 5 is powered by snapdragon's flagship 835 octa-core processor chip, 8 gigs of LPDDR4X ram, 128GB of internal storage and a 3,300 mAh battery with it's native dash charge mechanism.

Where the above variant costs about $500,
there is also a variant of the one plus 5 with 6gb of ram and 32GB of internal storage which costs $479.

The one plus 5 as I earlier said is a smartphone that features top hardware specifications with a price tag that isn't complimentry.

The reason I love the one plus 5 once again, is just simple. It features the kind of hardware tech enthusiasts will fancy in 2017 at the same time retaining a $500 budget.

What Apple does not want you to know about Iphones

For the price tag placed on Apple phones with larger internal storage, people tend to go for cheaper ones with smaller internal memory. Some people who have money to purchase Apple phones with larger internal memory, may still go for Apple phones  with smaller internal memory.
They feel Apple phones with larger internal memory is not a big deal, based on the fact that they do not store much on their Apple phones.

This could be due to the fact that sharing files between Apple phones  and a non apple computer tends to be difficult.
It might interest you to know that Apple phones with larger internal memory are faster than those of smaller internal memory.

A performance test carried out by Lewis  of Unbox Therapy using the Performance test app from the apple store showed that the 256GB version of the IPhone 7 had a storage write speed of 341MByte/sec  and a storage read speed of 856MByte/sec. Meanwhile the 32GB version of the IPhone 7 had a storage write speed of  42.0MByte/sec and a storage read speed of 686MByte/sec. Even without further explanation, this figures have shown that there is a lot difference between apple phones with larger internal storage  and those with smaller internal storage. With this, transferring  files from your 256GB version to your pc is way faster than transferring from the 32GB version.

Other than copying and transferring files, Apple phones with larger internal memory space tends to be faster in all tasks.
So, I advise you boy/girl, sir/ma, if you can afford apple phones with larger internal memory space, pls do.

If you transfer lots of files from your PC to your apple phones on daily basis, or you are a phone geek like me, you will need the larger internal memory version.
