Huawei Mate 10| A flagship device with the battery you always wanted

Being the likely last flagship device to be released in 2017, you should except the mate 10 to be exceptional.
That's exactly what the mate 10 is.

 The Huawei mate 10 features the biggest battery featured on all standard variants of flagships smartphones released in 2017.
According to Huawei, The mate 10 and mate 10 pro were built to last and stay fast.

For starters, the mate 10  has a 5.9 inch LCD display with a screen resolution of 2560 X 1440 and screen density of 499 PPI.

The Mate 10 pro has a 6 inch amoled display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 and a screen density of 402 PPI.

Like most 2017 flagship devices, bezels on both smartphones have being considerable shrinked when compared to their predecessors.

Both smartphones feature glass and aluminum body build combo.
Both smartphones have visible antenna bands and at the back of these smartphones, there are accent strips that bear dual cameras.

Only the mate 10 pro is water resistant with a rating of IP67.
The mate 10 retains the headphone jack and a micro SD slot while the Mate 10 pro doesn't.

On the hardware side, the standard mate 10 features a huawei kirin 970 processor, 4GB of ram, 64GB of storage with option for micro SD card expansion.
It features a dual camera system at the back which consists of a 20mp monochrome camera with an apature of f/1.6 and a 12mp RGB camera. All these components are powered by a 4000mah battery, which is 21% bigger than the one on the Galaxy note 8 and 37% bigger than the one the iPhone 8plus.

The mate 10 pro features a huawei kirin 970 processor, 6GB ram, 128GB storage with no option for micro SD expansion.
It features a dual camera system at the back which consists of a 20mp monochrome camera with an apature of f/1.6 and a 12mp RGB camera.
All these components are powered by a 4000mah battery, which is 21% bigger than the one on the Galaxy note 8 and 37% bigger than the one the iPhone 8plus, just like the standard mate 10.
Huawei boasts 58% battery with 30 minutes of charge on the mate 10 and mate 10 pro.

The mate 10 and mate 10 pro runs huawei UI on top of android 8.0 oreo.

Just like the Samsung s8 and note 8 dex dock system, the hauwei mate and pro features desktop mode.
In desktop mode, you can connect the mate 10 to a monitor and either just project the  display of the mate 10 into the monitor or switch on to a fully pledged desktop experience where the mate 10 smartphone can act as a mouse.

Huawei also released a Porsche editon of the mate 10 which feature a different design and a ceramic body.

The reason why I love the mate 10 is the fact that it actually carries a big battery that can serve the kind of hardware it bears , hence you have a longer day with your smartphone and probably your smartphone won't sleep before you.
