Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil1 small onion, diced
Salt and pepper
500g beef mince
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 cups uncooked macaroni
400ml tomato pasta sauce
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups beef stock
2 cups shredded tasty cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Place large frying pan over a medium-high hear and add olive oil, diced onions and salt and pepper, cooking until onion is golden brown.
- Add beef mince to frying pan and add paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Stir to combine and cook until mince is completely cooked through.
- Add 2 cups uncooked macaroni, pasta sauce, milk and beef stock and cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes, until pasta is cooked.
- Add cheese and stir to combine. Serve immediately in bowls, topped with fresh parsley.
